Couple questions...

Are you riding it when you experience the lugging?

Is this your first banshee? Or 2-stroke for that matter?

If so... then thats how a 2-stoke works... no bottom end, then has insane power when you hit the powerband.

It actually dont really lug. sometimes when i get on it a lil more it just loses all power then it kicks in like 3 seconds later. I've riden alot of 2-strokes before and i know how the power is. I think its just cuz the ratio is so rich.

Kool.. just making sure.

Also... as backwards as it sounds.... more oil in the mix = lean... less oil = rich... However I would run it 32:1, the dealer had some 20:1 in there when I bought mine and it ran lke crap. 20:1 isnt going to hurt it, but it is not necessary.

Take that POS snorkel off of the air box lid, and see if it runs any better.

Id wait untill you finish breaking in the motor before you start dicking with the jetting and oil mixture.

I'd run the castor 927 at 40:1 and you dont want to mix the 927 and yamalube 2R so if you have very much fuel at all left in your tank drain it before putting in the 927 premix fuel in. If you keep using the 2R then mix it at 36:1. Your engine will start to run a lot smoother and cleaner by about 1/2 way through the second tank of fuel when your breaking it in. I'd throw in some new plugs too. Dont take off the airbox snorkel untill you are ready to start modding/jetting. If you take the snorkel off you will need to up the main by a couple sizes. You also need to look into getting an air box addaptor and clamp on filter in the future. You can not take the air box lid off without one.
