were can i send my motor to get cleaned out and rebuilt because i blew a rod and blew the piston and pieces are all in the inside of the engine so if you guy's no were i can send it to get it bored and just realy looking good and FAST thank's

There are plenty of reputable engine builders on these forums, and there's a good chance of one in your state.

 

I'm buying my motor from Jeff @ FAST Racing in Holton, KS...so, of course i'm going to plug his work and shop.

 

Great guy...great service...and if you allow him to talk your ear off, he promptly will...:)

However...his shop is very, very busy right now...and there might be a delay. Only way to find out is to PM him on these boards (FASTOYS) or call him...

I just got my engine back from Jeff at F.A.S.T.  Very great guy to work with.  Great customer service.  Very pleased with his work.

358 cub cylinders w/ 65mm pistons, trued and welded crank, v-force 3 reeds, 39mm keihin pwk carbs, 39mm vitos intake, 6" k&n filters, pro design coolhead w/ 20cc domes, billet impeller, ported cases, hinson straight cut gears, F.A.S.T. clutch kit, adj. timing plate, and he ordered a set of shearer out of frame drag pipes for me but they haven't came in yet

I'm surprised you didn't go with the big bore domes and stroker crank....especially since you're getting out of frame drag pipes...

 

I'm like a little kid at Christmas right now...my 4 mil, 68mm cubs will be here tomorrow, along with a NOSS head and a bunch of other goodies from Jeffery...

 

I just hope I can remember how to put it all back together..luckily, I have my Clymers!

Altamonte Spring's Florida behind the mall and i have no idea were to send it the only shop i no of is SEMINOLE POWER SPORT"S and they suck wen it comes to that so im lost i want it to be all new everything biger and better u no.

well..I didn't really have the extra money to go with a 4 mil at the time..plus it leaves a good opportunity for future upgrades

 

I also completely tore mine down over the winter and got my frame powdercoated..lets just say that disassembly went a lot faster than reassembly but none the less once you get started it doesn't take all that long to get everything back together

Yep...completely understand.

 

I opted for 4 mil and a NOSS head, and will be getting 35PWKs soon...I know that 's the biggest hold up for my motor now.

 

That DAMN Jeff...he just kept going over and over what I was going to need.

 

Seriously, I forgot about 3 or 4 items he thought of as we were talking on the phone, so...anyone can sell you a motor, takes a good man to sell it correctly...

Jeff at F.A.S.T. is a hell of a motor builder and a real honest guy. He wont rip you off. He will give you exactly what you ask for. He did my motor last year and it runs flawlessly. Havnt had a problem yet. Give him a call. I know he is really busy right now but you probably wont get it done faster anywhere else. If you cant get him on the phone, make sure you leave a message and he will get back to you.

Wesw's sig is about the only one that I stop and look at anymore around here. Lol

 

Which one of you guys is the one that he was telling me about with the play port

that was puttin out 75hp on the dyno? I just asked for a simple little 4mil play port

and he said he was gonna hook me up with the same set up.

Iam in on the club too... Jeff Built me my 350, Dune/play port, noss head with 19cc domes, vitos intakes, 33pwks, V-force 3, adj timing plate, fast clutch, alum. water impeller, CPI inframes, true/weld crank.

 

Bike runs really hard and Jeff was a plesure to do buissness with... Well worth the wait.

Hey Rippen, Jeffs building my engine right now and almost the same setup. How do the cpi's fit your bike, I've read different opinions on how they fit. Did you have any problems? :cheers:
