I had tried a little spot on my pipes.......and it actually worked.......I was surprised......I have yet to do it .........The lady that put the ceramic coat on my pipes said the coating had some sort of alum material in the chemical :confused:

A tooth brush did that!!!! :drool: Now was this already shiny and you polished it up or was it the dull oxidized aluminum color and then you shined it up?

 

The die grinder and the dremel idea sound pretty good too, thanks for the ideas guys............. :cheers:

actually your right.........I really ment to say that it was dull as hell.........and I shined it up............i did in fact origionally put it on a wheel banghead

Yea, it dose. It's pretty much the same as the alumi-cote headers you use to be able to by for cars. Just wondering if you had tried it, gonna ceramic coat my pipes.
