cdwood37 Posted April 3, 2006 Report Posted April 3, 2006 You must live where there is not a machine shop for like a thousand miles. If not take your stock hubs to a machine shop and tell them you want ones that fit the same axle splines and then tell them what lug pattern you want them to fit, or you could get an adapter that will go onto the hubs you have. you don't need any fancy fabricators to do this joe down the street with a horizontal mill can make you anything you want. and he could do it in a day if you wanted. superang Posted April 4, 2006 Author Report Posted April 4, 2006 well i do have a machine shop figuring out some hubs for me and i have actually jsut found a set of tires for it... so ill keep everybody updated on how it comes along, so far its been about $350 in parts and only a few hours of labour.... all i need now is to pick up the paperwork from the ministry and take it down to my mechanic and make sure its safe, and im on the road... even insurance is about $50 a month! and im from the toronto area so there is a huge oppurtunity for atv riders in the area! lets take advantage! fsubanshee Posted April 7, 2006 Report Posted April 7, 2006 Carlisle makes a tire that works great, if you buy 10" rims for the back. Go to a tire shop and ask for 20x10x10 carlisle trailer tires, they are actually made for pop up campers, so they are rated for highway speeds. I have a set that i use, they work great...Look pretty badass too! Quote
