RIPPEN Posted March 25, 2006 Report Posted March 25, 2006 Yesterday for the first time in months all my buddies and I got together for a little ride. Basicaly all of us have recently gotten our bikes goin so we were itching to go for a quick ride. Two of my buddies(brothers) parents live out in the country so thats where we decided we would go riding. Long open roads with very little traffic. Just after dark one of my buddies(jesse) ran out of fuel. So one of us had to run back to the house quick to grab a tow strap to pull him home... This is where it may get hard to follow.. My bike was compleatly off the road facing south, running with lights ON. Jesses bike was right next to me, facing north getting ready to be pulled. My other buddie kevin had his bike right next to Jesses facing south with lights on. My third friend Gary has a Raptor and he was up the road a little facing north and backing up to hook on the Jesse. Every one besides Jesse had our lights on to warn any cars that may come down the road. But that didn't matter... Car comes down the road from the south, didn't swerve, didn't hardly slow, and blam right into Kevins and Jesses bike. We were like WTF!!! Sure we were a little in the road but there was plenty of room to go around and we all had our lights on. Lady was like a moth, right into the lites. It threw both bikes 20-30 feet, one went shootin off the road and into the ditch. After we called the cops and settled down a bit we were able to look over the bikes a bit. Jesses looked ok so far. Looks like the tires absorbed most of the impact while his grap bar f-ed up her hood and grill. Kevins bumber did its job and it just bent one side of it. We are gonna look them over more cuz you never know what gets tweeked from shit like that. But after a intial look over we were suprised they wern't trashed... Chicks car was though.. Still cant belive she couldn't see the light At least everyone was ok.. RIPPEN Quote
FasterThanU90 Posted March 25, 2006 Report Posted March 25, 2006 That sucks good thing one of yah wasnt sitting on a bike was it a old hag? Quote
RIPPEN Posted March 26, 2006 Author Report Posted March 26, 2006 One buddy was on the bike but bailed just before she hit... I just couldn't belive it. She wasn't that old, guess Sheemale had the best explanation I wish I would have got to take a pic of her car though. That thing was f-ed. RIPPEN Quote
Hilarious Posted March 26, 2006 Report Posted March 26, 2006 Glad to hear no one was killed in that accident. And hey rippen, didnt you just get your bike put back together from Jeff over there at fast? I would be cryin like a lil' girl with a skinned up knee if my bike had gotten trashed right after I put it back together. Hope you guys' bikes are ok too. Speaking of your bike, how does it run and what all did Jeff do to it? Quote

Runs great so far but Ill have a better idea once it hits the sand Yeah luckly my bike wasn't involved and it seems that, the two that were are ok for the most part. That would have been crazy if mine would have been involved though, seeing as how mine isn't even broke in yet. And Iam like you, if mine would have been hit and tore up I probably would have cried like a bitch OutLawsons bike was one that was hit and he did freak out(rightfully so) but the lady was scared shitless so we calmed him down as quick as we could. If it would have been two guys it probably would have gotten ugly RIPPEN Quote
yammerhammer98 Posted March 29, 2006 Report Posted March 29, 2006 So many lousy drivers are complete creatures of habit, just blindly driving along in "their" lane, no matter what might happen to be in it. Just look at how many police officers and construction workers are struck and killed, even with flashing lights and orange cones to warn oncoming drivers that they might actually have to wake up and pay attention to what they are doing. Damned lucky nobody got killed. Always expect the worst, you'll never be disappointed!! Quote
Motoman991 Posted March 30, 2006 Report Posted March 30, 2006 Female driver, enough said 492402[/snapback] thats right Quote

I think people should be issued tickets for ignorance and stupidity.. RIPPEN Quote
