We just went to Little Sahara, Utah a couple of weeks ago and the rangers told us we didn't need to have license plates anymore. Anyone know if it's the same for St. Anthony? Just a ORV sticker and a whip flag. got the shee back together and ran it last night...has a miss in the top end in 3rd and 4th gear. got me stumped. going to move the needles and see if that fixes it.
