Researched it out for quite a long time before I made my final decision. Meat was probably the first that introduced me to Janssen Racing equipment. I knew he rode his stuff hard. Checked them out closely and found out they looked absolutely killer. They also offer a lifetime warranty (free replacement for life) no matter what happens to them. Hit a tree, get another arm free! The finish is outstanding and they look very well made with attention to every detail. Especially the billet bridge on the upper arm!!

I know you may hear from some suspension guru's on here about this and that arm, this one's better yada yada. It really boils down to preference and price. It would be nice to break it down into performance gains on the track. I don't really have any stats regarding failure rates comparing one arm to another, magazine tests or dyno's showing one arm puts out more horsepower ot torque than another. lol. When one person says one arms is better than another, just ask them to prove it with tangible evidence versus (well more pro's use them) blah blah. Granted there is knock-offs and crap floating around to avoid, so stay with the "known" names that have been tried tested and true. Any given quality a-arms can last a lifetime of worry free riding and racing. I woudn't have a problem with owning Gibson, Roll, Lonestars, Quicksands, SoCalFab, JD, atvfourplay, Hermann, RS among a few others. Heims with the protective boot is an option for a protected joint.

That pretty well makes the list right there. I've got the quicksand arms and swinger and am very satisfied. I ride farm type stuff lots of dirt, mud and sand I have had zero problems with my heims. I had a hard decision between Janssen and Quicksand when I bought mine and I think I could have gone either way with them but Quicksand edged out Janssen on price and Janssen was very difficult for me to get ahold of.
