cexualcensations Posted January 19, 2006 Report Posted January 19, 2006 I have a banshee with a 4mm stroker crank (370 cc) and mx porting. I cant deside if i should go with the 35mm or the new 38mm trinity cv carb. kit or just go with the dual 35mm kit. I ride alot on the mx track and trail ride alittle but it seems to me that the bike wouldnt get enough air flow it needs with the motor being stroked and ported. I know jetting would be a lot easy but i dont wont to lose power because of lack of airflow. And has anyone tried the reed spacers with the cv manifold kit.If so how did they work out because we all know they dont do anything for the dual setup. Quote

outlawchico151 Posted January 20, 2006 Report Posted January 20, 2006 i got a pair of lectrons 34mm 4 250 shipped with boost bottle and everything needed.........willing to trade for 2 n 1 carb Quote
RNBRAD Posted January 20, 2006 Report Posted January 20, 2006 I hate to go out on a limb here, but I'd go the dual 35 pwk's. Quote
rocketboy Posted January 21, 2006 Report Posted January 21, 2006 (edited) ill be the odd ball and say get dual 33 pwk, just t because a set of 35mm will make more o n a dyno doesnt mean itll be the best for you . if your riding trails and mx alot, the 33's will probably offer you lower end rpm gains, better response and more usuable broader power than the dual 35 pwks will . one 33mm carb for each of your 185cc cylinders is still alot of carb if you think about it Edited January 21, 2006 by rocketboy Quote
