I bought them directly from Pro-Design - but it was a while ago. Any place that specializes in bolts etc. should have be able to get them for you - they're a common metric thread.

a local hardware store like ACE should carry em in those small nut/bolt bins in the back...i've seen em there before, not sure about length but bring in something to measure the threads...i'm pretty sure it's a 8 x .25mm thread but dont quote me on that

Hrrmmm...

 

IF you look at Pro Design studs... The smooth "shaft" is a little bit larger than the threaded area so that the O-rings make a tight seal.

 

They're alot harder to match up than one would think. I had the same issue recently and Pro-Design told me they didn't make extra studs because theirs were "lifetime" and if i wanted to wait some unknown length of time they might be able to get me some.

 

So I told them to bite me and I bought a new head that uses stock studs ;-)
