sarider Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 Title says it all. Right rear hub on my shee wont come off. Ive tryed just about everything i can think of and it wont budge. Heat, pb blaster and it wont move an inch. Anyone had this problem before and have some advice on how to get it off? Thanks in advanced Quote
RNBRAD Posted January 15, 2006 Report Posted January 15, 2006 Had the same problem with mine. Things would not budge no matter what. Only thing I can suggest is heat the hub (only) try to keep the axle cool and keep hitting it with a rubber mallet. This didn't work for me so I ended up selling the axle with the carrier and hubs. If I kept trying I'm afraid I would destroy one or both. Quote
crazywheelerman365 Posted January 16, 2006 Report Posted January 16, 2006 I had this problem also , the only way i could get it off was to take it to a buddys auto shop and put it in a vise and heat the hub only ! Quote
