hot rod Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 what are the best pipes for a 04 banshee?? this is my first one Quote
Gargamel Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 depends on what type of riding you do and mods done to your bike. assuming a stock motor - dunes --- t5's or Fattys woods-- gnarly's or a 2 in1 pipe thats my 2 cents at least welcome to the HQ if you use the search function you will get enough to read on this subjuct for a while Quote
Shee-Male Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 anything is better than stock! Quote
BigRed350x Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 Dunes / Fast Trails = T5's or CPI Inframe maybe Drag Racing = CPI Inframe, Rockets, Shearer MX/Tight Trail = 2 into 1 pipe or Gnarly. T5's are a good all around pipe. Not really the best for low rpm stuff, but they are good other than that. I run T5's and am very happy with them. Quote
Banchetta Posted December 29, 2005 Report Posted December 29, 2005 Like everyone else has mentioned...the 2 into 1 is great for tight corners, woods riding...if your looking for better low end and better top end, then I'd go for the Pt mids if you can afford them,,,if not, then the fmf gnarlies are pretty good for all around and decent price. It really depends on YOUR type of riding though. Quote

2003LimitedBanshee Posted January 5, 2006 Report Posted January 5, 2006 As most will echo I love my T5's, but I ride dunes mostly. Not a big fan when I ride in steep mountain trails (Oregon), so it does depend almost entirely on what type of riding you do, and what future mods you have planned (or not). Kinda sounds like a broken record, no... Quote
