milo_32000 Posted December 11, 2005 Report Posted December 11, 2005 Took my flywheel cover off to replace chain and spockets today and my flywheel and stator was all rusty, and it still runs and cranks good, should I just forget it and wait till it quits ? Wallrat Posted December 11, 2005 Report Posted December 11, 2005 Make sure you run a bead of silicone around the stator cover and the wire harness plug. You got water into there somehow and that ain't a good thing. Quote
