bought a 500 set up . bord case , put pistons and jugs on . and turned motor over and pistons are a quator inch from top ov jugs at highest point. i think i have a 4mm crank in this motor but not sure it has number 204 on crank web . and 1.21 on coneecting rod it says hot rod on conecting rods. is this a stock hot rod crank ? and will a 10mm crank bring pistons up abought a quator ov a inch ? or do i need longer conecting rods? or just a taller piston?? WOULD PITCHERS HELP WITH QUESTIONS ? LET ME NO THANKS.

yes sand ligtley inside and and two tabs on outside put silicone on wire hanesson to the stator plate

yes cut off the tabs even with back wen i cut them i cut at a angel twords carbrator side take your time cuting

just pull off and put cap on do not pull piston out or you will have problems

all simtem sound like tube be twene the carbs if its not of check for a hole in it had happen to me once but i would check your carbs out find out if its cable stickin throtel sticking can cause long term problems best thing get a nother set ov carbs yes you can run it un pluged onley thing is if throtel sticks it wont shut down when you let off

i got 4 degree key in one bike and 7 in a nother they work good but for the monney i would get ajustubel stater plate so you can fine tune it i will never by a keyway agine

i would get pj 34 carbs i love them good allaround carb i got 3 sets ov them had 28 34 36 39 and 34 are the best all around carb for the monney

looks like vitos power pistons . they move port timing with higher intake holes in the piston this is good more hp. abought 3 to 5 more . horse power. they look like good pistons never heard ov that companey name . are they cut off on xsost side?????? if so you will love them...... i got a set vitos power pistons board 100 over in my bike and i pound the shit out ov it and it runs great .. hase for 2 years now knock on wood..... sorrey abought last garbeld up mess my son tried to answer your question for me and i could not even under stand it my self
