sdbuild1 Posted November 28, 2005 Report Posted November 28, 2005 My son's 2003 banshee suddenly has no power , boggs way down when in gear. In nuetral it will rev way up seems fine untill you shift it in first gear and it bogs. New gas , plugs same thing. He just had the clutch redone, and will talk to repair guy. I'm thinking it might be the clutch as the clutch on my 2005 shee feels better or more the way it should than his. Any ideas? THX, Cliff in San Diego Quote

sdbuild1 Posted November 29, 2005 Author Report Posted November 29, 2005 screwed up switch on the clutch that is part of the tors. disconnect the tors and it will work fine. 442342[/snapback] Last night I noticed that switch wire on the clutch was disconnected, so I connected it but i could not take it for a test ride(fast enough) because I could not get his paddles off. Why he tightned those nuts like they are holding up a bridge I'll never know. I'm plenty strong enough, my rachet wasn't, and as usual he had stripped some off the nuts. I"ll let everyone know if that (disconnect) was it or whatever else it was when I find out. Appreciate all the replies. Cliff in San Diego Quote
banshee tuner Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 It's got to be that tors, unhook that thing for good and save a few headaches. Quote

I got the paddles off with a 1/2 inch drive and deep sockets.lmao Quote
