mattw204 Posted November 24, 2005 Report Posted November 24, 2005 yep im gonna be a baldy.........ok i was just wondering what else would i have to do to go along will getting my head shaved. jets? my bike is all stock at the moment also.... Any information would be highly appreciated. Quote
RNBRAD Posted November 24, 2005 Report Posted November 24, 2005 Advance your timing 4 to 5 degrees. Your current jetting should be fine unless you do some other mods. Quote
decon Posted November 25, 2005 Report Posted November 25, 2005 increasing the compression doesn't require you to change the jets...only if your changing the air flow...like rnbrad said you could increase the timing +4 but it's not neccesary..and you don't have pipe's so I would wait on that. Quote
beaubanshee66 Posted November 25, 2005 Report Posted November 25, 2005 I have a stock banshee too and am going to get my head milled during the winter. Quote
wayfst Posted November 26, 2005 Report Posted November 26, 2005 won't your dirtbagbike's head fit? Quote
370banshee Posted November 28, 2005 Report Posted November 28, 2005 .030 but wait till you've got pipes..... Quote
banshee tuner Posted November 29, 2005 Report Posted November 29, 2005 Go ahead and do the head but the timing will not make a difference until you add pipes. Quote

Its easy to do, just need a flywheel puller and an impact. Quote
