OK, just got my banshee back together this past weekend. I'm running an a gorr port, 34mm PJ carbs and some inframe drag pipes made by pulse charger. I have two questions: 1. I have 150 psi compression and am running +4 timing should I be running a 50/50 mix, right now I am running 93 with klotz r-50 at 32:1 question 2. I'm trying to get this thing jetted right I'm running 155 mains and I have a nice tan colored plug after riding for 30 minutes and I have plenty of bottom end, but I don't think it is running to its full potential for instance 2nd gear starts it bogs quite a bit with 15/41 gearing running 20 inch stock tires. I can spin them like through all the gears when I hit the powerband racing, but no 2nd gear starts. I could also before pull wheelies in like the first three gear s and can barley bring them up in first now. Could this be a problem with my compression and timing or possible a needle problem. Just wanted a little input. I know stclark and some others had gorr ports and said they rip.

Not sure on you altitude, I ride from 6000-10000ft with 168 psi in ea cylinger and i run the same thing. 93 octane with the supertecnpate at 32:1 and have had not problem. Would be a diffrent story at lower altitude.

Most will say anything over 150-165 need 50/50 mix.
