<_<who is feeding you this  bullshit ?dyno ...smyno:shootself: i ran (and owned) damn near every reed intake and petals known to man  and vforce2 are easily the best out there.dude  boysen arent eve n close ,you think serious drag racers use cheapass 37$ boyseen  reeds? :huh:well  they dont, and for good reason vforce are the best reeds and allow the  most power, period end of story  :bolt:

your right... 185$ its called a Rad valve and it sucks and is about equal to their standard carbon boysen petals in stock cages ,i never cared for the rad valve either

the power your talkin about is miniscule compared to running stock reeds ...... any vfroce reeds will be better then stock . i prefer the 3's they look cooler and make my throttle responce RIP , like i rip girls thongs off

You guys are all freaked up! The VForce reeds over stock might make 1hp difference, and you sure as hell aint gonna feel that by "seat of the pants". Sure, I've got a set of V3's but thats just because I'm looking for every last ounce of power out my bike for draggin.

My brother and I had the EXACT same Passion setup, only difference was I had stock reeds and he had V2's. On the dyno mine pulled 4hp more than his and 3ft/lbs more torque. HMMM....still wondering about that!

When I built the cub motor I put the V3's in, don't know if it's because I had too much money at the time or that I wanted to believe the hype. They may be the best aftermarket reed system, and a lot of people use them, but in my opinion that isn't saying much. Seems to me that good advertisement and word of mouth is what has put them where they are.

You don't gain big hp numbers by bolt on hype alone. It takes extensive motor work and lots of $$$.

I run V-Force 2's in the 94 and 99. THe 99 I bought new and everything thats done to it, I did. To make a long story short, I didnt notice enough of a difference to justify the 220 extra bucks I dropped on the reeds, so I went out and bought another pair and put them in my 94. Dont know what to tell you, I'm just freakked up. :shrugani:

I ran the v-force 2's and they lasted 9 months before I needed to replace the reeds. The corners were damaged and the reeds would not close all the way. I put the stock reeds back on and saw a big difference!!! It did not pull as hard (on my stock motor) Now that I an having the motor ported, bored 20 over and wisco pro lite pistons, I will put a set of the v-force 3's in.

The replacement v-force 2 reeds are way to much $ so I opted to go with the 3's at 219.00 and free shipping.

Hey man pull that shit apart now! I just hadmy screws back out on my VF2's and came to find out that loctite eats plastic. You wanna put the screws in with superglue or epoxy or something, but not loctite!

ive been runnin vf2's for a couple seasons now and the only mishap theyve had was i had to replace the petals on one cage .. lol so i did em both instead of just replacing the petals on one cage

I need more proof that loctite eats plastic however thats what I have been told! or it makes it so screws can back out at least, I heard they do make a special loctite for plastic.
