MudSlinger09 Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 man yesterday at a party i got to see a nice little warrior run , i forgot how those little boogers can get up and go . dont even laugh at me , but that thing was looking pretty damn fast to me . also rode a 250ex lol my friend gassed it and there wasnt a grab bar so i nearly got dumped (good thing it wasnt a shee) but yeah that warrior impressed me , except for its noisyness , i heard it comin from a mile away Quote
sp1tekiller Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 Warrior fast? Never use those 2 words in the same sentence again. Quote
MudSlinger09 Posted September 11, 2005 Author Report Posted September 11, 2005 lets just say accelerate Quote
iceman Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 warriors are fast as hell. if you put a different engine in them. Quote
sp1tekiller Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 warriors are fast as hell. if you put a different engine in them. 413837 yeah, like a banshee engine. Quote
MudSlinger09 Posted September 11, 2005 Author Report Posted September 11, 2005 dont see why not Quote
stuntmasta3o5 Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 dont see why not 413926 Well, I geuss if you could but a banshee engine in a YFZ frame than you could practically do anything.. But would it benefit you if you had that monster frame on a Banshee? (Or are the frames the same weight?) Quote
MudSlinger09 Posted September 11, 2005 Author Report Posted September 11, 2005 wouldnt look as cool as a shee Quote
iceman Posted September 11, 2005 Report Posted September 11, 2005 unless you put the plastics on it. so basically. take a warrior. replace the frame, engine and plastics with banshee parts and then it will be fast and look good. Quote

Geuss goes to show that you can't make that beast hit 80 mph... (unless your some big builder who puts street motors on quads ) Quote
blackandyellowshee Posted September 13, 2005 Report Posted September 13, 2005 Warrior fast? Never use those 2 words in the same sentence again. 413816 What about Warrior not fast that would make more sense Quote
Hilarious Posted September 14, 2005 Report Posted September 14, 2005 I had my warrior goin 82 mph one time......... when it was in the back of my GMC......... I gotta admit though, the ole warrior sure works well to haul a case of beer around. Quote
rocketboy Posted September 14, 2005 Report Posted September 14, 2005 who the fuck would put a prized twin liquid cooled screamer 350 banshee motor in a shitty ill handling heavy pos warrior frame ???? it ca n and has bee ndone before for the record the warrior is like one of the all time slowest pos garbage in atv history. only thing worse than its 15 hp slow reving anmeic accelerating slug of a 120lb motor was its lawn mowerish handling and bad front end geometery ...oh did i mention its not as reliable as everybody thinks? Quote
Hilarious Posted September 14, 2005 Report Posted September 14, 2005 oh did i mention its not as reliable as everybody thinks?mad.gif i beg to differ........mine sure has been pretty god damn reliable. I've pulled some nice whitetail deer out of the woods with the warrior, in 18 degree weather when the big bears and foremans around here wouldnt even start. Quote
