hey guys. since i just rebuilt my top end ive been checking my spark plugs alot. what colour should they be? mine right now are a nice brown colour kinda like a chocolatey brown. is that right on for jetting or is it supposed to be a different colour? also should the threads of the plug be dry or wet? mine are wet. any other info on this would be greatly appreciated. thanks

i don't go by the threads at all, i look at the porcilen(the white area on the plug to be a nice lite to meduim brown after doing a 5 gear plug chop,if your in the brown your probably good. :evil::evil:

The color of the skids in your underwear at the end of the day should match your plugs. :lol: Really though that would prolly be close, a moca brown color and a light sheen from the oil mix, nothing excessive.

I have had the plugs in my banshee for over a year now. And when you say the porcelain color you mean the top of the plug where it says NGK R BR8ES. If so they are completly white, no brown or anything. Is that good?
