endofitall9 Posted July 26, 2005 Report Posted July 26, 2005 Got a few questions for ya guys. At the end of august I'm going to get a Gorr mx port, I recently just rebuilt my engine....everything, when i rebuilt it i put in wiseco pistons and honed the cylinders had a little bit of scarring on one. the pistons have only been ran maybe 5 times since then. So before I get it ported should I have it bored and if I dont get it bored and have to have it sleeved or bored later on would it mess with my port work? Also How mych does the Gorr mx port run his website doesnt say anything about the banshee. Quote
locogato11283 Posted July 26, 2005 Report Posted July 26, 2005 you will love gorr's woods or mx port. im pretty sure it runs 250 bucks for both cylinders. give him a call and he can give you more info. he will prolly answer the phone. you should not need to do any honing or anything but once again you can talk to eric about that. what otherm ods do you have? we found t5's, vf2 and 33mm pwk make that shit run hard... endofitall9 Posted July 26, 2005 Author Report Posted July 26, 2005 When I send my cylinders off I'm going to also order a noss head,v-force 3 advance timing+4, I already have lightened flywheel and t3 pipes, stock silencers with these mods and porting would I need to weld my crank? Quote
Dunsmoor86 Posted July 26, 2005 Report Posted July 26, 2005 Only need to weld your crank If you are making power like locogato or if you are running high comp. im thinking your not going to go lower than a 20cc dome so you should be fine. But some people do it for saftey. Quote
