well, take a look of the mods that is done to my shee'. i just had fmf sst pipes and liked how they ran. i figured with all the mods that i had done that there could be a better pipe that would help my shee' run to its full potential. i have been leaning towards CPI's mostly. rocket pipes haves crossed my mind also, but i really just dont know. i was hopeing i could have some opinions of what to run. i dont want any out-of-frame stuff, and money should not be a problem for the most part. thanks for all the help.

we can't recommend anything without knowing what kind of power you want. CPI's and Rocket's are great pipes but they're not going to give you low trail-riding/woods type torque like fatties would, however both would complement mods well.

you ought to try searching for : pipes, exhaust, fatties, toomeys, rocket.... etc. i could go on, but it'd take awhile. just search around and there's plenty to read.

oh, and welcome to the hq.

rockets huh, i mostly ride at glamis and  do alot of racing if that helps.  i am mostly looking for the most low and mid range power for the hills

then Rockets would work really well for you. CPI's would also work well, as well as Shearers. I'm really not too sure how the 2into1 38mm would work with drag pipes, but those pipes will fit what your looking for.

If you want to ride and race but still have really good rideability, Toomey T5's are also very good pipes and might work better with your single carb setup.

For mid range to top end,I'd use either shearer or cpi. These pipes are great for drag racing. The shearers I have pull very hard on topend.I think I'd go back to dual carbs.Although,I've never tried a single. They should get you up hills very quickly.Just make sure to hang on.

so cpi's then is the answer im getting, i got the single carb to get rid of my crappy stock ones. i was told the throttle respnse is alot better with a single carb , and alot more reliable. is 38mm to small for a single carb, it was one of the biggest icould find. thanks for everyones help

i would definitely NOT go any bigger, if so, it'll create a lull and vacuum issues in the lower rpms. 38mm is plenty as most use a 35mm. That's whats on mine with ported cylinders. You should be alright with decent portwork and the 38, but I wouldn't go bigger.

I cant offer to much in-put, but what i do know for sure is the the CPI's are "BITCHIN"!!!!!!!!!!

For beeing an inframe drag pipe, there bottom end is resonable. There top is the selling point!!

Let use know what you choose. :headbang:
