What weight of tranny oil to run

What t weight of oil to run in my tranny? Currently running belray 75 weight. Seems to shift fine when the engine is cold but once it warms up, it is harder to shift. Does this mean I need a heavier weight oil? What is everyone else running? thanks

I use Bel Ray 80w. Seems to work fine. Maybe looking into modding your shifting star for more smooth shifting?

I'm just running 15/40 delo in my Transmission and it does fine when it's cold or warm
