04TeamYamahaShee Posted May 23, 2005 Report Posted May 23, 2005 ...quads (Blaster, Raptor 660, Z400, hell even the YFZ450), I realize how glad I am that I bought the 'Shee! The only thing I'd trade it for is a modded 'Shee. Quote

MILO Posted May 25, 2005 Report Posted May 25, 2005 i rode my buddy's raptor, expecting a comparable ride to my shee. both are lightly mod'd, but it wasn't near the rush of crackin my shee open. i didn't really like the feel, the blaahhh sound of the 4 stroke, and it just didn't seem to want to pull out from underneath me if i didn't hang on, like my shee does..... no regrets with the shee! RNBRAD Posted May 25, 2005 Report Posted May 25, 2005 This site will have you overwhelmed with desires to mod your shee. Get ready!!! Quote
Slammin Full Bore Posted May 25, 2005 Report Posted May 25, 2005 I got ripped by an atc 70, it hurt my pride Quote
BansheeBillyBob Posted May 25, 2005 Report Posted May 25, 2005 there def is no 4stroke that will compare to what it feels like when u crack the whip on the shee. i rode my cousins 450r all it has is the hrc kit in it and its fast but let me tell u it just dont pull like my shee it left me feeling like it was doin bout 2mph just aint got the KICK Quote
rjvoight Posted May 25, 2005 Report Posted May 25, 2005 I just spent 2 days in Glamis with the wifes Raptor ( i left the Banshee at home cus I was afraid it would be to hot and just boil over). After that experiance, I am so glad I bought a shee instead of a Raptor or YFZ or 450R. there is nothing like it. RJV Quote

rebelbanshee2 Posted May 28, 2005 Report Posted May 28, 2005 (edited) I spend some good seat time on my bros 310R on wednesday of last week.............I bought a 250R on the following Saturday. The Banshee is now for sale. I can go faster, for longer, and not be tired at all on that thing. After just 2 rides on that thing Im already more comfortable going fast on it than the Banshee after 3 years. The Banshee is just too heavy, bad frame, and too peaky..despite how many mods I put into it. Banshees are great for doing burnouts, and goofing around on, but outside of the dunes a 250r cant be beat. Anyone want a nice Banshee? Old toy New toy Edited May 28, 2005 by rebelbanshee2 Quote

smokin350 Posted May 28, 2005 Report Posted May 28, 2005 i agree the shee kick's everthings ass i really knew how fast my shee was when i was at glamis and going up CHINA WALL in 4th wide open and if i had a nice start meaning instead of just starting at the bottom get a little runway in there i could pull 5th wide open and other quads are turning around half way up or guys are in 1 or 2nd gear by the time they get to the top and i had to slam on the brakes so that i wouldn't take off on the other side (I'm telling u all i needed was wings and i could have taken off LOL). the shee rules and i got it ported when i got back and now there's no playing around, on the street with razors on i'm braking the tires loose shifting into 5th granted i have 85rwhp on pump gas. (VITO'S MONOBLOCK KICKS ASS)... Quote
