sheefreak Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 Sounds like time for a top end, may get away w/just a hone and rings. Does it start hard? Quote
fixitrod Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 If it doesn't start hard try another gauge to make sure. Quote
sheefreak Posted April 13, 2005 Report Posted April 13, 2005 If it doesn't start hard try another gauge to make sure. 354685[/snapback] Word, I have run into that problem. After a fresh rebuild my brand new gauge only registered 90 psi per side on my banshee. Verified w/friends guage, definately off. Quote
lian Posted April 13, 2005 Author Report Posted April 13, 2005 well it bad to start when its cold but in plus 10 weather when its a little warm i have to pull the choke out and hold it a bit or it will just bog out on me Quote
fastbanshee4u Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 Are you holding the throttle wide open when you test ? Quote
lian Posted April 14, 2005 Author Report Posted April 14, 2005 ya i hold the throttle wide open when i test Quote
hamuel Posted April 14, 2005 Report Posted April 14, 2005 Make sure it's a quality gauge and has the same length threads else it will give a false reading Quote
