i checked the banshees compression and it was about 100 each side

and my head is milled . 025 i think

what should it be

We need the elevation that you are at to give you an idea.

a stock banshee has 110-130 psi, in the lower mi area.

Compression is way off, that milled head should have bumped you up!

Sounds like time for a top end, may get away w/just a hone and rings. Does it start hard?

Word, I have run into that problem. After a fresh rebuild my brand new gauge only registered 90 psi per side on my banshee. Verified w/friends guage, definately off.

well it bad to start when its cold

but in plus 10 weather when its a little warm i have to pull the choke out and hold it a bit or it will just bog out on me

Are you holding the throttle wide open when you test ?

Make sure it's a quality gauge and has the same length threads else it will give a false reading
