spoolnvr4 Posted April 13, 2005 Author Report Posted April 13, 2005 thanks for all the props guys, it is coming along slowly... this weekend we did soem quick wiring and cranked it over... i think one of the ignition boxes might of went bad... i have my regular street bike that i can swap pieces off of though to make sure... Color scheme... still up in the air... but i think definitly alot of black!!! chronicwatson... Yes i still want to hear it bad... the muffler is a R1 muffler shortened about 9" i think it is going to sound insane... ill def post some sound clips though... Cotton Eyed... I really hope that one day i can make out to the west coast, i see so many pictures of out there and that looks like THE MUTT's home OIlsmoke... I can take a measurement on ground clearance for you... heres what it comes down to... to get the motor lower in the frame i had to let the oilpan hang out of the frame... but once i put on Cotton Eyed Joe's swing arm it raised it back to stock ground clearance, Im trying to keep it pretty versatile so i can swap some suspension and run the 1/4 mile(ashphalt) with it too Quote

You might find a sand pit thats big enough to play in lol, your gonna kill yourself if you take that in the trails. Remind me again how long and what gear your bike gets up to 70 in? Its really lookin good man. Make sure all those welds are nice and tight and arent gonna crack on you. That frame is gonna be under a lot of stress. Quote
