I wan't to step up the perfomance of my shee a little bit. So far i have fmf fatty pipes with powercore II's and a K&n. I was thinking of getting a milled head. Will this hook me up pretty good or what? I do mostly dirt riding and would like to do some dragging on the dirt and a little sand. As far as the milling on the head...what size domes should i get if i still want to run pump gas?

seems like yer a little confused. milling a head is a simnple maching process where a surface grinding machine take .030 inches (typically) off the bottom. it raises compression, but is not adjustable like an aftermarket head, so there is no choice of dome sizes. the advantage here is cost, its pretty cheap to have done. it will make your shee have more lowend torque, good for the holeshot. good luck with yer tuning.

Oh i see. I was just looking at some cool heads thats what confused me. So milling the head won't help the top end?

A milled head or aftermarket head with changeable domes will increase bottom end mostly but that is what a banshee needs. I had mine milled .025 and it made a huge difference in bottom end power. It only cost me like 25 bucks and a head gasket.

nope. actually, if you raise your compression toooooo high it will hurt the top end rev out. but youre no where near that point with just a milled head.
