I bought that huge K&N filter from Packard like you suggested, and it's too long to run without hitting my overflow tank. How did you mount your overflow?

take the overflow bottle off. theres really no need for it

search the forums on what to do if your not sure

I wouldn't take it off, just relocate it. Cotton Eyed Joe makes a overflow bottle relocation bracket and sells thim off of his site. You could either PM him or purchase one off his site...either way, it's the better way to go. :cheers:

I thought about just taking one of the bolts out of the relocation bracket and swinging it the side up against the frame but It might look cheezey. Do you just run the overflow line out in front of the swingarm with the carb vents?

cool thanks for the help bro...I didn't think that filter was as big as it is from looking at the pic of your set-up...fuggers massive! Dennis said he gets another 3 ponies out of his bikes using these.
