FadedDreams Posted February 22, 2005 Report Posted February 22, 2005 I got it done on mine, but i haven't gotten my motor back yet.If you know someone who has access to an EDM ,it probably wouldn't cost you much.I'm thinking it was $175 to have it done from Patriot Racing, but i'm not positive. Quote

How do you make sure your fully in gear? As for beiing expensive? I did mine just like on that site and had a local machine shop chop them for me.. Only cost me a case of beer Hands down its been one of the best mods, espcially if your heavily modded Quote

rebelbanshee2 Posted February 24, 2005 Report Posted February 24, 2005 If my undersut you mean every other drive dog on the gear cut...I have had it done. It works real well, the gears engange alot more reliably, expecially under throttle Quote
BenBB Posted February 24, 2005 Report Posted February 24, 2005 I did that to my RZ tranny but haven't gotten to try it out yet (still waiting on a crank)...did it with a pnuematic die grinder and a straight burr, you might give that a shot before taking it to a machine shop... Quote
