Is cutting the plastics good?

If you cut the plastics, dont you get sprayed with all the mud and H20 that was on the tires? If so that doesnt sound fun to me. I suppose if you only ride in sand it'd be ok though.

well i think its good becuase you can see your tires better and the stock fenders dont protect very well anyway...plus it looks way better.

I don't know,...I think it depends really on what kind of riding you do, but not really though. I've heard a lot of people w/cut fenders tell me they don't get any more dirty than before...and I've observed myself on my fenders after some mud that they only catch about 2 inches of what's thrown up anyhow. I'm gunna cut mine, hopefully this weekend,...but who know's, I've been saying that for a while...

I rode a banshee with cut fenders last weekend... i didn't get any more dirty than i regularily would.. Im cutting my fenders on sunday, i already have film, i take some pictures while im at it. thanks ~ bobby

i ride sand but i dont think you will get any more dirty than you already do. you take a shower after riding all day anyways dont you? it helps performance and looks bad as hell. cut em!!!!!!!!!
