They hook pretty good, but I can't help but feel like it's to much of a load. Anybody ever try these? I am thinking of moving to 20x11 Razors or similar. Any thoughts????? Quote

I personally dont like 22"s because of how they make you sit up on the tank, and I even have big front tires to compensate for it. I have the mudsharks and they are a decent tire, they are very soft and wear fast though. If you're looking for hook, as soon as the edges wear off the razr's and holeshots, all they want to do is spin (unless you shorten your swingarm), if you want a 20" tire that is gonna give you some good hook for a decent amount of wear, look for some 20" blackwaters. bigboybanshee Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 I've been running Dirt Devils for a year and a half now and love them, great for trail riding....I agree with "." you need to go down a size on your front sprocket to make up for the taller tire. They probably are a little heavier than desired, but with the right gearing and a set of pipes you should be able to pull them with no problems. If you decide to get rid of them, let me know, I'd be happy to pick up a spare set if they're in decent shape Quote
kenr74 Posted January 24, 2005 Report Posted January 24, 2005 I've got them on my Pooplaris and they are great. I have 22" Sur traks on the Shee and love them. They are almost identical to the Dirt Devils so I would think you would be fine dropping to a 13T sprocket. They hook up great in the messy stuff. Quote
