endofitall9
Hey guys, going through a ground up rebuild on a 91 Banshee, I'm going to have my frame and swingarm repainted and get it all looking nice. I started having troubles when i came to the swingarm pivot bolt, that thing is in there, I've done everything to try and get that thing out and it will not budge, has anybody else had this problem also greese and wd-40 do not budge it, it might as well be welded in there
93blueoval
that happens to all the guys around here(alot of rust due to living on an island with salty ass air). the only thing that worked was to set the bike on its side and pound it out with a sledge. 98bonerSTOCKshee
I had same problem. I was beating the hell out of it with a 5lb sledge no budge, My brother called me a puss whacked it once and it came out..I was scared to hit it hard! just leave the nut threaded til it's flush so it wont harm the bolt or nut!!
