Shortly after I bought my bike it blew a water line off, over heated and took out the top end. So I took it back to the dealer under warrenty and they had to bore it.30 over to get past the scoring then installed wisco pistons. Been fine ever since going on about 2.5 years.

So no you souldn't have any problems, I think you can bore them up to .80 over before you have to resleeve themm. However don't expect any great power gains from a boring it out, I didn't see any difference over stock since .30 over is only like 5cc's. Generally you should only bore if your cylinder has scoring or is worn to the point that a new piston and rings won't seal good

How much is it bored? Most of the time it is bored is because the owner fucked up. So that only tells you that they have no idea what is up with them. Or if is an older shee then it could be from normal use.
