So when you are up in front of the judge explain politely to the judge that the officer refused to asisst you in retrieving your stolen 400ex which was a felony offense, being as it was worth more than $5000. When the officer commited derrilect of duty<sp?> you had to retrieve the equipment yourself rather than watch some lowlife get away with the theft of your personal property that you bought and paid for with your hard earned money. Any respectful judge will drop the citation. Quote
