Just make sure it is done in a high temp powder.

high temp powder colors are limited to black and silver pretty much, anyways you do not need to use high temp on the cylinders, i have done MANY sets of cylinders and not one of them have had a problem. the regular powder will hold up just fine.

ive heard that it can be bad to powdercoat the cylinders b/c it holds in heat and can cause trouble, anyone ever hear this??

I've heard that as well and do believe its true.

I had my cheetah cylinders powdercoated and they ran a little hotter according to my temp gage then other peoples cheetah cylinders were running. This could have been caused by numerous things but I believe the PC had something to do with it.

Not sure, but it may cost as much to get them powdercoated as it would to polish them. Would be something to check into anyway... :shrugani:
