I got my -1 lonestar swinger installed and I didn't have any trouble at all really. Though only thing I want to make sure about is now that I have tightened all the bolts, the bolt that holds the bottom part of the spring through the wishbone now has some play in it. Before it was tight and now I can take the shock and wiggle it about 1/8 of an inch back and forth. I have put all the parts that go with it on it and tightened the bolt but it still wiggles. When I sit on the guad it only wiggles a little. Is this because it is -1 inch. Also I took one link out of my chain and it is still to long. Before I take to many out, how many should I have to take out if you have any ideas. Thanks

the only par of your rear shock linkage setup that could have any play would be there it mounts to the swingarm directly. that would be if the mounts there were too far apart or something like that. when you unbolted the bottom of the shock did you make sure you got all those little pieces back in there? there are some deals that go on either side of the shock on the inside of where it mounts to the dog bone. id check to make sure you got all those little parts back in there.

now for the chain. when doing this what you need to do it make sure the carrier is all the way to the front, meaning that when you put the axle in its as far forward as it can go. then set the chain on there and see if itll work by taking x number of links out. this way you can still have adjustment by tightening the chain but have some play when its all the way forward. see what im saying?

I did the same thing and it was because I dropped a little spacer thing that goes on the side. If I remember right the bolt goes through it and it fits between the shock mount and the dogbone.
