Hey guys, im just wondering, when your riding your banshee and you take a pit stop, do you ever smell antifreeze real strongly? I tell you what since i had my banshee from day one, when i stop from riding, i get that carmelly antifreeze smell for a few seconds or so. No leaks that i can see, and its not burning out of the pipe because the smell is the similar "hot antifreeze" smell. Anyone else have this? I really hope its not overheating, i seriously doubt that it is, im just wondering because its starting to annoy me!

Yeah, real common. sometimes it's from getting hot, and sometimes, it's from bouncing around and going up and down hills. there's a hose running from the radiator to the resevoir in the back, then a hose running to the front, just over the right pipe. When you bounce around or go up and down hills, coolant can splash into that hose, and then find it's way to your pipe so you can smell it.

It's probably dripping out of the overflow vent onto something hot. Most banshees have stained pipes from the coolant dripping out and burning off once it drips on the pipe near the cylinder. Just keep an eye on your coolant levels.
