Replacement sleeves are different though. You don't bore the entire stock sleeve out like you do with a BB sleeve. I would buy a set of standard bore or .020 cylinders though. It will cost $250 to have yours resleeved and you can pick up a set of standard bore for $300. You can get $50+ out of yours on ebay.
