Sorry D I have already commited to different race this weekend. I'm going to the gold rush, it's a bad-ass cross-country race. A friend of mine has a yfz and ask me if I wanted to ride it.. Are you planning on hitting any of the other races in the amp series. I will probly race most of the other races.

well i would tell u if i thought that person/shop did a good job but it wasnt even close 2 the specs i wanted and was told i was gettin so i corrected it myself... i dont wanna slam him on here cause he is highly respected and posts/did post on here... if u still want 2 know pm me and i will tell u the who it was and the problems i had... it was a joke sayin that jim does bad work (jokin about another topic), his work is top notch... i was hopin jim and jack would make it 2 this race so afterwards we could  L8r d34

Yeah, its pretty bad when D34 and an 'ol dumb county boy (me, well he did all the work I just drank a beer ready to laugh if he busted his knuckles) changed the setup from a "top notch" builder and made significantly more power.

Jack, that race was all in who's arms gave out last. That and uh....uh....uh....my axle bearings were too tight. Yeah... YEAH that's my story and I'm sticking too it!!!

IF everything in the bottom end is still good, my motor will be sporting the last set of cylinders I got from Jim. It might be fun on a little track since I am sure they won't have any low end. And for anyone that is reading this that doesn't know, they have very different porting than the ones that loco has. My set like his pulls like mad from right off idle to the limit.

yes we went... 1 of the worst tracks i have ever raced on... very poor setup... i will never go 2 another AMP race again, even if it is close... we were told on the phone that 1st place would get 50% of the payback WRONG... i won and got $128 with 8 racers, $40 entry fee, $20 gate fee :whoa: ... jinx got 4th ($32) and my cousin ended up n the back sumwhere... good thing the casinos were right down the road :headbang: ... 2 bad u couldnt make it so i could have lapped ur ass  j/k...
