we use yellow freight at the shop.....we shipped two hyabusa's from sc to cali for 300 a piece.....and there alot heavier than a banshee.

I just got 2 quotes from him

1st was like 2100.00 ??????? whatever and the 2nd was like

$580 "if" we have fork lifts and that isnt with the packaging price they said it needs to be inside a crate.

I just paid $564 for a Banshee to go from Michigan to Southern California via A-A Motorcycle Transport. This is door to door, no fork lift needed. They strap it to a pallat, so it does not need to be crated. All they ask is that the fuel be drained and both addresses be accessible to a 65 foot rig, no really small narrow streets. as for packing, go to your local yamaha dealer and get a crate from a bruin350, or something like it. they are steel crates that are disposable, but can easily be re used.(its kinda my job to uncrate these things) if you have any more questions just PM me.
