I liked the iguana the most, he was real nice and he knew some tricks too. It's sad having animals die, but eventually it gets better. Quote

I still think of them a lot and I have pictures on my walls and everything but its not as bad as when it first happens. It is very tough especially when you are so close to them but it will get better with time. I like my dogs more than i like people, a dog is definently a mans best friend. Quote

It is the only cure when losing a faithful and loyal friend. I just got a new black lab. She's beautiful and next monday she will be 5 months..... And she gets to get spayed, what a great 5 month birthday present. I laugh at her all the time, and she gets mad at me when I do. She's got a major fetish with empty plastic soda bottles. I fear for my appliances, furniture, walls whenever I give her a soda bottle. Its like she's on speed...... I'll post a pic of her when I get the chance. Quote

ledofthezep Posted October 25, 2004 Report Posted October 25, 2004 Sucks man...I know how ya feel. But it's a fact of life. My mom's bordeau(just out of his puppy stage), died of parvo last week. He had his shots too...just a freak deal I guess. Either way it sucks, no way around it. Quote
