BenBB Posted September 2, 2004 Report Posted September 2, 2004 Incoming!!!! Damn reas, hope everything makes it ok, at least you're gonna find someplace else to wait it out... Quote
svtkid78 Posted September 4, 2004 Report Posted September 4, 2004 Sittin here in orlando. About 45mph sustained winds with lots of rain.. Scary they say its only gonna get worse from here on out. Took A-arms and axle off quad and brought it in the house(plus the bars.) Least I got my priorities set.. Quote
sredish Posted September 4, 2004 Report Posted September 4, 2004 All I can say is I'm glad it's gone from a cat. 4 to a cat. 2. It's gonna be bad enough, but at 145mph, where it was, would've been catastrophic. Keep your eyes peeled and stay safe fellas. Quote
svtkid78 Posted September 4, 2004 Report Posted September 4, 2004 Yeah that sure helps alot(thank you god.) The only problem is Charley was a cat 2 by the time it hit Orlando, and it did tons of damage. Charley passed in 90mins. This is a cat 2 that will be here for 36hrs. A bit worried, but in a very strong apartment complex. Shioot for $839 plus $85 for the garage, I hope its strong. Problem is there is already water flooding some apartments here and its just the begining. Did about 3 hours of sandbag filling so hopefully itll help. I'll keep you informed till we lose our power. Hope it don't ruin too much(including all our wonderfull MX tracks!!!!!!!) Quote
loganskinner Posted September 5, 2004 Report Posted September 5, 2004 once again i have all the stuff tied down and the plan this time was that we had the whole trailor park come over and stay in my trailor... the more weight inside the less likely it is to blow away. god damn hurricaines Quote
