slapaho Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 im wanting to shave my rear fender but i dont know where to begin can anyone help Quote
bigboybanshee Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 Start with a good sharpie and either a jig saw or dremel...draw your pattern for what you want to cut and then start cutting. If you use the jig saw, well, use a jig saw blade. If you use the dremel, use a good cut-off wheel...it'll take time and patience but is incredibly easy to do Quote
stclark04 Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 i used electical tape. i just started from the bottom and made the line i wanted to the top and used a air saws-all. worked for me. Quote
oldturtle Posted August 31, 2004 Report Posted August 31, 2004 And remember that you can always come back and cut off more but its pretty tuff to put some back. And plan to do the final 1/16 inch +/- with a course file to get cut near perfect. Quote
