I found a loophole in the law. Those faggio scooter things that are street legal don't require a license if theyre under 50cc. Them things are pretty damn fun too. I'll get one just for temporary transportation. ;) As long as I don't do anything real stupid and get caught, cops will rather go finish theyre donuts than take me to court and argue. Hell, I got $500 layin around somewhere, i'll see what I can scrape up to get one. :D

pocket bikes are under 50cc's but are still illegal to run on the street, find me a loophole on that law so i can run it !

In CA the really small ones are illegal on the street but the larger ones are legal, I'm not to sure how to determine which ones are or aren't, I think 50cc up is leagal, basically considered a scooter like a moped and ridding restrictions are similar to a moped or so I've been told. I'm not too sure, but I don't think there is a registration required.

NY does suck for alot of these laws, but catch this, i cant ride a moped i have on the streets, but i have a 3 wheel golf cart, and goes under 30 so it qualifies as a moped, i dont need a license registration or a helmet and i can ride it on the road?? aint that a head scratcher
