Black&Blue00 Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 ok well i am stuck i need to get the shee bored and i dont know if i want to use vitos pistons or if i want to use wisco pistons i was thinking at goin with vitos super stock it says it adds 8 horses to the motor and says they have stronger skirts them or i was gonna go with the power pistons they say they add 6 horses to low to mid but i am really lost here on what i should run Quote
GEARMADE Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 i got the super stocks they run good cant tell you if they do what they say because i had some portwork done at the same time Quote
a&sbanshee Posted August 1, 2004 Report Posted August 1, 2004 run the wiseco pro-lite pistons just about every big builder i know of uses them and i have never had a problem with them ever i dont know alot about the vito's pistons but the trinity pistons with the moded boost port hold up really well Quote
Toomey Banshee Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 I'm pretty sure Wiseco makes em both. They mod them to their specs. Quote
yama-dude Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 I have the Vitos super stocks, and they are made by wisco. My motor was pretty worn out and I can't say I got an 8 hp boost. The super stock kit is very high quality and I would recamend it. It is alot snappier in the mid range Quote
frocashmoney24 Posted August 2, 2004 Report Posted August 2, 2004 weisco pro lites, there the shit!! Quote
fixitrod Posted August 3, 2004 Report Posted August 3, 2004 (edited) Meat sent me some pics of the vitos. I don't know if they were the super stocks or the power pistons but they were definitley a thicker skirt. I always run wiseco. Old reliable Edited August 3, 2004 by fixitrod Quote
Justintoxicated Posted August 4, 2004 Report Posted August 4, 2004 I would get weisco instead of Vitos Cast pistons Quote
