87sheerips Posted July 7, 2004 Report Posted July 7, 2004 Im in the process of a frame up rebuild on my 87 shee. I have to get a new case on her cuz my old ass chain flew through it. anyways, im bored .100 over, toomey T5s, 34mm keihin carbs, k/n with outerwear, 13/42 gears, tors off, . So im hearing that advancing the timing gives some good power? how do I do it and is it worth it? what could I do for some cheap H.P in this rebuild? thanks guys Quote
jrm312 Posted July 7, 2004 Report Posted July 7, 2004 buy a timing plate and get your flywheel lightened or modify your own timing plate do a search on here about it. Quote
