Just imagine landing and having ur wrist crack that throttle and you laying on you back, about what i did on my friends shee, I will never invest in a twist. I guess lots of people like them but ride with one first to see. There cant be really any problems unless its not hooked up right

I started out on dirtbikes until I went to the dunes in Florence and Winchester Bay and got hooked then bought a shee. The conversion for me was way easy and I'd never go back to thumb. I feel I have more throttle control with a twist. If you are not used to them however it can get you in a sticky situation where you might end up on your back as your shee speeds away. Woops are hard with a twist if you arent accustomed to it because the motion of your bike can force you to nail the throttle which can potentially cause a wipe out. Either way, I love mine and have never had a problem with it. :bolt:

I had one just to see what it was like...well its in a

tool box now and im back to my thumb throttle. After

almost wiping out a couple times i called it quits. But

if your use to motorcycles it might be your thing.

How do people that ride 2 wheelers in sx or mx survive if every time they land the throttle cracks open? It does'nt. I 've ridden mx for 15 years and have ridden with both types, and like anything you just have to get used to it.
