am in the processes of installing +2 front a-arms on my shee, my friend is selling me some brand new works shocks that came with a +2 a-arm kit for a Raptor, will those fit my new a-arms on my banshee?

They may "fit" but they will not be correct for your banshee. Valving and spring rate will differ from a raptor to a banshee due to the differences in suspension geometry. I would suggest that you get a set of shocks for your application. Just because something fits does not mean that it will work / perform correctly.
