pimp559
If there is no groove run a small bead of high temp silicone all the way around inside the corner of the header flange. Make sure you let it dry before you start it.

pimp559
You could also go to your local auto parts store and have them match up an o-ring where I said to put the silicone. You could put it in there and try it if the silicone doesn't work.
Foobie
There is no where to put an o-ring. Like Pimp said. Use High temp silicone. I ran a good bead on the inside of the pipe about 1/4 inch in. Let it set up then put it together. Now if your pipe is like mine, when everthing is mounted up there is a gap where the pipe meets the cylinder, only about an 1/8-1/4 inch. I put some silicone on my finger and mushed it into any gaps I found. I now have no leaking problems. Dustin
