Hey guys just bought some Golden Spectro synthetic oil its green in color and his a very high viscosity. Question is should I adjust the ratio I run in my bike now because of the new consistency of the oil. I am currently running it at 32:1. Anyones input on this would be geatly appreciated.

I run Klotz Super Techniplate at about 38:1-40:1. I opened up my top end at the beginning of the year, and it was totally clean inside. Shiny metal with a thin coat of "greasy" oil on the cylinder walls, piston, and head. Plus it smells nice. I dont think that I will ever use anything else.

I also run Klotz. Has been working sweet. ALthough, I have burned up 3 top ends this year. I have learned a ton though from it. It was never due to the oil though. I used to mix 32:1, now @ 40:1, and i will switch to 50:1 most likely.

The Golden Spectro runs a shitload better than the Yamalube does there is a substancial performance difference. However it is very very pricey the cheapest I was able to find it was $23.95 for 64 ounces. I notice alot of you folks runs castor oil what is the price for a quart of that?
