boonman Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 I feel the response is crisper than with a balance tube or bottle in place. Your carbs have to be dead nuts on though.... I also like the clean look of it more now... I felt that a tube wasn't needed. However, Yamaha engineers felt one was. Although, this is the same people who invented the nightmare of the TORS, and a plastic water impellar. and a coolant rezzy that pisses on the pipes.... I don't know.. Response was better without any sort of balancing device. Quote
bigboybanshee Posted March 25, 2004 Report Posted March 25, 2004 Very interesting boonman, I might have to try that one myself! Quote

LegendSS28 Posted March 26, 2004 Report Posted March 26, 2004 Boon, I know you didn't ask me, but I'm gonna answer anyway. I didnt see the movie, but I did catch the scene in the bed, where you think he is gettin his hands dirty , when all he is doing is shoving them in an open wound in her leg...very disturbing Quote
boonman Posted March 26, 2004 Report Posted March 26, 2004 There was much sicker shit than that..... All in all, in the end, it was kind of a twisted ending..... Don't buy spring water......... Quote

Dont forget about that nifty stock chain adjustment, the robotic welders they got from Harbor Freight to put the frames together with (NOW WITH %200 MORE SPLATTER!), case halves that are split horizontal, and super soft bolts made from junk cars. As a whole they did pretty good, but they needed to tweak a few things, and for $6,100 MSRP it SHOULD be a lot better in those areas. Quote
